The BCC's 5th Annual Soirée will be held at Rembrandt Yard in Boulder. Dust off your nicest duds, dirtbags! We're having a classy party with delicious bites from farmhouse-chic restaurant Blackbelly, curated cocktails, and beer from Avery Brewing. We also will be having NA options including non-alcoholic beer from Athletic Brewing and handpicked non-alcoholic cocktails. Enjoy all of these while rubbing elbows with the community of climbers you know and love to see. We wish to raise funds for the stewardship work conducted by the Boulder Climbing Community which is why we will have a carefully curated silent auction with handmade jewelry, collectors items, and unique experiences; along with some amazing climbing gear.
This evening we will raise $30,000 to fund programs: Trail Program, Anchor Replacement Program (ARP), human waste mitigation through wag bags stations and education, Front Range Climber advocacy, and eagle and raptor monitoring. The Soirée is an annual gathering to celebrate the community that together makes Front Range climbing crags the best cared for in the country.
On the evening of Thursday, November 3rd we will be celebrating the highlights of 2022:
Completed the Upper Dream Canyon Oceanic Wall Trail: 5 Years of Work!
Replaced over 700 bolts in the Front Range!
New wag bag station at Upper Dream Canyon!
Advocated for climbers in Eldorado Canyon State Park and around the Front Range.
